“She is exactly who ICE has been rounding up,” Kimmel stated. Minaj has been open in the past about coming to the U.S. from Trinidad illegally as a 5-year-old child.

“But he invites her to the Oval Office. If you’re Nicki Minaj and you pledge allegiance to Orange Julius, it’s different, I guess. So different, in fact, that Nicki Minaj is now in possession of a Trump Gold Card,” he continued.

Minaj has been showering the president with praise in recent months, and she finally met him in person on Tuesday (Jan. 27) while attending the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, D.C. Trump returned the favor, hailing Nicki as the “greatest and most successful female rapper in history.”

Nicki got on the podium after a personal invite to the stage from Trump and called herself “probably the president’s No. 1 fan.”

Following the summit, Minaj posted a photo of herself in possession of a Trump Gold Card, which expedites the citizenship process. “Welp…,” she wrote to X.

According to the official website, the card requires a $1,000,000 “contribution” plus a $15,000 “DHS processing fee.” The website adds that the gold card is a “visa based upon an individual’s ability to provide a substantial benefit to the United States.”

Kimmel believes Minaj and Trump had a quid pro quo arrangement for the gold card, rather than her coughing up the $1 million in cash.

“But [Nicki] didn’t buy one. She said she got it for free,” he alleged. “[Trump] gave it to her. She gets a gold card. He gets a famous Black friend. It’s what you call the art of the deal. This is just nuts.”

Kimmel even joked that Trump would give Minaj a nuclear weapon to take out rival Cardi B if Nicki wanted it in exchange for her unwavering support of the president.

“He can’t just comp someone because she kisses his big white a—,” the late-night host continued. “I mean, he really thinks that he owns the country. Is he going to start handing our stuff out now? ‘Nicki, how do you like a monument? What do you want? Washington? No. Lincoln? Take a Lincoln. What about a nuclear weapon? You could use it on Cardi B.’”

Billboard has reached out to Nicki Minaj for comment.

Nicki has continued to be a strong supporter of the Trump administration in recent months. She complimented Trump for threatening to take military action in Nigeria, spoke at a United Nations event and sat down with Erika Kirk at a December Turning Point USA event.

Minaj also popped up at the premiere for Amazon’s Melania documentary film, which follows the first lady, Melania Trump, on Thursday (Jan. 29).
